Super Simple Free Crochet Pansy Pattern~!

After reading various free patterns and looking at pics from non-free patterns, I finally worked out my own crochet pansy that looks how I like.
The free ones tend to look... not so great, but the paid ones are a little complicated and I don't have the pattern to work from, so this is cobbled together from bits of free patts and my own trial and error.
Feel free to copy, alter, repost and/or use this and anything made from it however you'd like. I don't care or mind. :3


Crochet Pansy Pattern

[center color]

Row 1: Magic ring w/6 stitches, do not pull fully shut.
Row 2: sc around (6 stitches)
Change color

[front petals/Row 3]

(1st petal)
sc thru center of ring
ch 2, 3dc in flo of first sc
3dc in next sc, ch 2, slst in same sc
sc thru center of ring

(bottom petal)
ch 2, 4dc in next sc
4dc in next sc, ch 2, slst in same sc
sc thru center of ring

(3rd petal)
ch 2, 3dc in flo of next sc
3dc in next sc, ch 2, slst in same sc
sc thru center of ring
fasten off

[back petals]

Row 4: Turn work and sc 4, centered behind the top 2 petals.
  (The flo earlier were so these stitches could be blo, but they can be hard to get to thanks to the ring center stitches, so just get them on however you can.)
ch 2 and turn
Row 5: 3dc in first sc, 3dc in next sc, ch 2, slst in same sc
ch 2, 3dc in next 2 sc, ch 2, slst in same sc
Fasten off & weave in ends
